I moved to the peninsula in 1988, a single mother to two very young sons, Cole and Gavin (now in their twenties) on the advice of my mother who had retired here the previous year. "Move to the coast, and develop yourself a support system," she told me. That was the beginning of a new and wonderful life.

I met my husband, Todd, and together we have our daughter Amanda who is a recent graduate of Ilwaco High.

I started working in Real Estate in 1989, and purchased Pacific Realty from the Ager/Snow family in 1995. We opened a second office in June of 2004, and have been enjoying helping customers and clients, and finding many new friends while finding out that my mother was right! This IS a great place to raise a family, and I found the most amazing support system (an entire community) that is as beautiful, as it is wonderful.
